1) Program Overview
The Maison La Belle Vie Winery Loyalty Program (“Program”) is offered by Maison La Belle Vie Winery & Eatery(“Maison La Belle Vie Winery,” “we,” “us”) to reward qualifying purchases with points that may be redeemed for discounts on eligible transactions. Participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
2) Eligibility & Enrollment
Program enrollment is available to individuals 18+.
Alcohol purchases and alcohol-related redemptions are limited to guests 21+.
Maison La Belle Vie Winery may refuse, revoke, or limit participation where permitted by law, including suspected abuse or fraud.
3) Earning Points (Accrual)
Points are earned based on qualifying spend:
Regular Guests: 1 point per $1
Wine Society Members: 2 points per $1
Qualifying spend generally includes purchases made at Maison La Belle Vie Winery (tasting room, restaurant, and other eligible channels we designate), after discounts, before tax, and excluding non-qualifying items listed below.
Non-qualifying purchases may include:
Sales tax, gratuity, service charges
Gift cards (purchase of gift cards; points may apply when redeeming gift cards depending on POS setup)
Third-party platform fees (where applicable)
Shipping charges (if any)
Any other items Maison La Belle Vie Winery designates as excluded from time to time
Maison La Belle Vie Winery reserves the right to determine qualifying purchases in its sole discretion.
4) Point Value & Redemption
20 point = $0.50 in redemption value.
Points may be redeemed as a discount on eligible transactions, subject to any minimum spend requirements and redemption limits communicated at time of use.
Unless otherwise stated, only one redemption may be applied per check/transaction.
5) Alcohol Compliance (Colorado)
If points are redeemed on alcohol beverages, Program discounts will be structured so that the final price of an alcohol product is not below the retailer’s cost as listed on the invoice, consistent with Colorado liquor rules governing bona fide loyalty/rewards programs.
If a requested redemption would reduce an alcohol item below permitted pricing, Maison La Belle Vie Winery may (i) reduce the discount to the maximum allowed, or (ii) apply the redemption to other eligible items on the check.
6) Records & Verification
Maison La Belle Vie Winery maintains business records related to loyalty/rewards transactions, including documentation of benefit value/accrual/redemption and receipts/invoices when required for alcohol discount compliance.
Maison La Belle Vie Winery retains books and records for the required period and makes them available for inspection as applicable under Colorado liquor rules.
7) Points Posting, Corrections & Disputes
Points typically post automatically at time of purchase; in some cases posting may be delayed.
If you believe points were not properly credited, notify Maison La Belle Vie Winery within 30 days of the transaction with proof of purchase.
Maison La Belle Vie Winery may correct point balances for errors, returns, fraud, system issues, or misuse.
8) Returns, Refunds, and Adjustments
If a purchase is returned or refunded, points earned on that purchase may be removed from the account. If points were redeemed on a refunded transaction, redeemed points may be reinstated at Maison La Belle Vie Winery’s discretion consistent with POS capability and applicable law.
9) Expiration & Account Inactivity
Points expire after 12 months of account inactivity (no qualifying earn or redemption activity), unless prohibited by law or otherwise stated. Maison La Belle Vie Winery may modify expiration windows with notice.
10) Non-Transferability & No Cash Value
Points:
have no cash value,
are not transferable, and
cannot be sold, assigned, or exchanged for cash.
11) Program Changes or Termination
Maison La Belle Vie Winery may modify, suspend, or terminate the Program (including point values, earning rates, exclusions, or redemption options) at any time as permitted by law. When practical, Maison La Belle Vie Winery will provide notice via website and/or email.
12) Privacy & Communications
By enrolling, you consent to receive Program-related communications (transactional messages, point balance updates, and occasional marketing, subject to your opt-out preferences). Maison La Belle Vie Winery will handle personal information in accordance with its privacy practices.
