Wine Society Benefits & Terms and Conditions

Eligibility & Membership

• Membership is available to guests 21+. Valid government-issued ID may be required for pickup and/or tasting redemptions.

• Membership remains active until cancelled according to the cancellation policy below.

• Benefits are intended for personal use and are not transferable unless explicitly stated.

Billing, Releases & Customization

• Wine Society shipments/releases occur on the schedule communicated by Maison La Belle Vie (pickup and ship options may vary by tier and season).

• Customization Window: Prior to each billing, members receive access to a customization period (typically 10–14 days) to choose wines, swap selections, and adjust quantities.

• COMPLETE ORDER CUSTOMIZATION: All tiers include the ability to select wines and quantities during the customization window using our secure online shopping cart.

• If no selections are made before the customization window closes, Maison La Belle Vie will curate a selection aligned with your preferences and availability.

Skip / Hold Policy

• Skip: Members may skip a shipment during an active customization window. Your membership remains active and benefits remain available.

• Hold: Members may place their membership on hold to pause shipments for travel, budget, or temperature conditions. Weather-aware holds may be recommended to protect wine quality.

• Deadline: To avoid being billed, skip/hold requests must be completed before the customization window closes.

Pickup Policy

• Pickup windows are communicated for each release period.

• If a pickup order is not collected within the stated timeframe, Maison may (where legal and feasible) ship the order at the member’s expense, or hold it for a future pickup at Maison’s discretion.

• Member Moments are offered during pickup periods and are subject to daily capacity and product availability.

Shipping Policy (Colorado Flat Rate)

• Colorado flat-rate shipping is $30.

• Shipping rates are subject to change; members will be notified in advance.

• Maison may delay shipments during extreme weather to protect wine quality.

Discounts & Savings

• 20% off wine bottle purchases applies to qualifying bottle purchases online or in-store, excluding applicable taxes and shipping. Some highly limited releases may be excluded at Maison’s discretion.

• 50% off tasting flights (in-store) applies to standard tasting flights unless otherwise specified.

• Free or discounted admission applies to select events only; event-specific terms, dates, and capacity limits apply.

• Collector only: 50% off wines by the glass applies to qualifying by-the-glass pours; exclusions may apply for limited pours/special menus.

Free Monthly Tastings

• Rookie & Connoisseur: 1 free tasting per month (in-store)

• Collector: 2 free tastings per month (in-store)

• Free tastings are for the member account holder(s) only and require the member to be logged in / identified at time of redemption.

• Free tastings are non-transferable, non-refundable, have no cash value, and cannot be combined into a larger credit.

• Free tastings reset monthly and do not roll over.

• Maison may require reservations during peak periods; availability is subject to capacity.

Member Gifts

• Connoisseur Gift: Maison Logo Wine Glass Covers (member gift) — perfect for outdoor patios and pickup weekends.

• Collector Gift: Two etched Maison wine glasses (Collector member gift) — designed for tasting at home, gifting, and cellar nights.

• Gifts are provided while supplies last and may be substituted with an item of equal value if needed.

Collector Airbnb Discount (On-Site Stays)

• Collector only: 15% off on-site Airbnb stays applies to qualifying direct bookings and/or approved booking methods as communicated by Maison.

• Discount may exclude peak dates, holiday weekends, or special packages; blackout dates may apply.

• Discount is non-transferable and cannot be combined with other promotional offers unless stated.

Referral Program (Give $20 / Get $20)

• Referring member receives $20 credit after the referred guest’s first shipment ships or first pickup is completed.

• Referred guest receives $20 off their first shipment (or first pickup completion), subject to program rules.

• Credits are non-cash value, non-refundable, not retroactive, and may be restricted from stacking during certain promotions.

• 5 successful referrals earn an invitation for two to a special members-only dinner (date, capacity, and menu determined by Maison).

Member-Only Events, Priority Access & Coming Soon Perks

• Members receive access to member-only events and first priority to ticket-limited events when available.

• Priority reservations and member-only seating area are coming soon; launch timing and access details will be announced by Maison. Benefits are subject to availability and capacity.

Cancellation & Changes

• To avoid being billed for the next release, cancellation must be completed before the customization window closes.

• Once billed, changes may be limited depending on fulfillment status.

• Maison reserves the right to modify benefits, pricing, and program details with notice.

General

• Benefits may be limited or adjusted for misuse, fraud, chargebacks, or policy violations.

• Membership is subject to applicable state and federal alcohol laws and shipping regulations.
